Why it isn't sold here

Po Chai Pills is a Chinese herbal digestive formula created in Foshan, Guangdong in 1896 and made in Hong Kong by Li Chung Shing Tong since 1949, with a separate 16-herb version made in mainland China by Guangzhou Wanglaoji; it is not an FDA-approved drug and is sold in the US only as a herbal dietary supplement.

Bringing it into the US

The FDA generally does not allow importing unapproved medicines. Personal importation is only a limited enforcement discretion — typically up to a 90-day supply for a serious condition with no US treatment, and controlled substances are effectively barred. Do not buy from gray-market pharmacies.
