1. What FineRx is

FineRx is an independent prescription price comparison service. We organize publicly observable discount-card prices and present them so you can have a more informed conversation with your pharmacist. We are not a pharmacy, a prescriber, an insurer, or a discount-card issuer, and we do not sell or dispense medication.

2. Prices are estimates

Prices shown by FineRx are estimates based on recently observed pricing data and may change at any time. Final price is determined by the pharmacy or applicable savings provider.

Every price on FineRx is dated so you can see how recently it was observed. Prices change frequently and may differ from what a pharmacy charges you. Always confirm the final price with the pharmacy or savings provider before you fill a prescription.

3. No medical advice

FineRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional guidance. Medication questions should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist.

4. No warranty

FineRx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that pricing information is accurate, current, or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FineRx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on prices or other information displayed on this site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping at a scale that degrades it for others, attempting to breach its security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The FineRx name, logo, site design, and original text and data compilations are the property of FineRx and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Pharmacy chain names, discount-program names, and other third-party marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification and comparison. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Delaware, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider such as the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of FineRx after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
