Current Neozep Forte contains phenylephrine, NOT phenylpropanolamine (PPA is in Decolgen). It combines phenylephrine 10 mg / chlorphenamine 2 mg / paracetamol 500 mg; all three are OTC in US cold combos. (Oral phenylephrine efficacy was questioned by an FDA panel in 2023 but remains marketed.)
