Contains phenylpropanolamine (PPA 25 mg / chlorphenamine 2 mg / paracetamol 500 mg). PPA was withdrawn from the US market in 2000 for hemorrhagic-stroke risk; no direct US equivalent. (A phenylephrine cold combo like Tylenol Cold is the closest functional concept.)
